The symbiosis of administrative and residential buildings arranged around a modern courtyard creates a unique local centre with excellent accessibility at the corner of Dlouhá and Jihlavská streets. The richly equipped multifunctional campus with magnificent views of the centre and the Pálava ridge combines employment opportunities with comfortable living. Its modern architecture makes it the gateway to Brno-Bohunice.
The assertive and representative graduating mass of the new office building for 1,600 users creates a natural local landmark at a busy intersection.
