architects:
David Kudla
Kamila Pohanková

The previous builders created a monastery with a specific structure of smaller buildings interconnected by a corridor in the vicinity of the building plot. Subsequently constructed buildings on the adjacent site have adopted something of this principle - smaller buildings interconnected.

The narrowness of the site for the proposed building and the existence of the historic cellars, having further reduced the usability of the site, necessitated the construction of a structured building avoiding local features. The resulting solution was five buildings with proportions suitable for their contents. The buildings are interconnected. Thus, the same structure was repeated with the neighbouring development, making the proposed building fit logically into the local context. The same industry focus of the adjacent IT buildings has created a continuation of a corresponding structure, as if this has always been the typical way of building for the IT industry.
